• To join, you must complete the Program application.
• Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn if requirements are not met.
• Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code.

• Commissions are based on the net sale value of the referred order (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
• Commission tiers may be available based on performance.
• Commission is earned only on qualified sales tracked through your referral link or code

• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal unless another payment method is discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
• Commissions are paid once the customer order has passed the return/refund period.

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Realty Remembered or its products.
• Use misleading, false, or deceptive claims.
• Run paid ads for Realty Remembered brand unless approved by Realty Remembered.
• Distribute coupon codes on unauthorized coupon/deal sites.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”).
• Use their own referral link for personal or business purchases.

Violations may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the Program.

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved Realty Remembered marketing materials.
  
• Modification of branding, logos, or trademarks is prohibited without prior written consent.
• Any content (including images, videos, text, or social posts) produced by the Affiliate that references Realty Remembered or its products is automatically licensed in full to Realty Remembered. Realty Remembered reserves the right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation to the Affiliate.

• Realty Remembered may suspend or terminate participation at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
• Affiliates may withdraw at any time by providing written notice.

• Realty Remembered is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program.
• We make no guarantees regarding sales, traffic, or earnings.

• Realty Remembered reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
